As a certified movement reeducation and integration specialist, I want to help people regain or improve their movement, agility and rewire neural pathways that are limiting mobility. Whether you're an office worker sitting at a desk all day, someone recovering from an injury, an athlete or just someone who wants to stave off the effects of aging, I would be happy to work with you to improve your current level of movement. Appointments can be online via zoom or in person.
